PlanetSide 2: PS4-Version sieht aus wie PC-Fassung auf "Ultra"

Die PlayStation-4-Umsetzung des Free-to-play Online-Shooters PlanetSide 2 soll in etwa so aussehen, als würde man die Grafik-Einstellungen der PC-Version auf "Ultra" stellen, dies sagte Matt Higby (Produzent bei Sony Online Entertainment) in einem Interview. Generell soll die PS4-Umsetzung fast identisch mit der PC-Fassung sein - mit Ausnahme der Benutzeroberfläche. So wird z.B. das Touchpad des DualShock-4-Controllers zur besseren Menüsteuerung zum Einsatz kommen. Auch Remote Play mit der PS Vita wird unterstützt.

"With the impending release of the PS4 version, I wanted to know what sort of changes or additions players can expect. "The PS4 version will be nearly identical to the PC version, with the exception of the User Interface," Matt stated, which is sure to please console players. When asked about the game's graphical settings, Matt stated "If you turned up your PC version to Ultra, that's how it's going to look on PS4." (...) Of course there are some more PS4 specific features coming as well. The DualShock 4's touchpad will be integrated into the User Interface, which will make menu navigation more seamless and definitely more PC-like. The game will also support Remote Play right at launch (...)"
