Am 5. März soll die kostenlose Erweiterung "Sacrifice of the Vaal" für Path of Exile veröffentlicht werden. Das Update auf Version 1.1 dreht sich um Atziri (Queen of the Vaal), umfasst verderbte Gebiete und Gegenstände, neue Skill-Gems der Vaal-Zivilisation, weitere Bossgegner und zwei zusätzliche Ligen (Ambush und Invasion) sowie zwei PvP-Modi.
