China Rising soll im Dezember 2013 erscheinen und wird vier Multiplayer-Karten (Silk Road, Altai Range, Guilin Peaks und Dragon Pass) umfassen. Hinzu kommen fünf neue Waffen, das Dirt-Bike aus Battlefield 3: End Game und ein Bomber. Zusammen mit dem Bomber kehrt der Spielmodus "Air Superiority" zurück.
Second Assault, das zeitlich exklusive DLC-Paket für Xbox One, enthält vier Karten-Remakes und zwar Operation Metro 2014, Caspian Border 2014, Gulf of Oman 2014 sowie Operation Firestorm 2014. Die Erweiterung umfasst ebenfalls den Capture-the-Flag-Modus, fünf Waffen aus Battlefield 3 und den Dune Buggy.
